Principality tournament November 2026
Unto the populace of Nordmark and the known world, greetings!
Their Highnesses, Furstinna Lubna al-Zahra and Furste Torbjörn Åbryte, hereby invite all nobles, fighters, and gentlefolk to gather for the 43rd Principality Tournament. Hosted by the Shire of Löghammar & Friends, this grand autumn weekend will witness fierce martial prowess on the list field, glorious courtly celebrations, and the noble crowning of Nordmark’s next successors.

- Registration Opens: Monday, September 7th, 2026
- Registration Closes: Friday, October 30th, 2026 at midnight

Site Highlights
- The event is discreetly damp, all alcohol containers should be kept out of sight.
- Noble Accommodations: 200 comfortable beds, dedicated court chambers, and extensive indoor and outdoor spaces for both martial endeavors and quiet revelry.
- A Royal Undertaking: Explore the grounds to behold a ”castle” under construction!
- Rest & Recovery: Unwind after the tournament in the on-site saunas.
- Atmospheric Evenings: Real candles are warmly welcomed in the main party room—feel free to bring your own tapers to illuminate the nighttime merriment.
Essential Packing List
- Bedding: Rooms feature bunk beds equipped with pillows and duvets. You must supply your own fitted sheets, pillowcases, and duvet covers.
Whether you intend to challenge for the Coronet or raise a glass in honor of the victors, your presence is requested. Mark your calendars and prepare for a historic weekend!

Since our site have beds in 1-4 person rooms the prices are higher than most events in Nordmark, we hope you find that acceptable.

Note that the age groups are asymmetric since we have to pay half price for beds for children.
If cancelling more than 7 days before the event (latest on 2026-10-06), then a refund will be issued, if cancelling later, then we cannot do that.
Travel instructions
Stora Strands conference center https://storastrand.se/ is situated by the lake Ärr in Dalsland. Europe road 45 is the closest major road. Driving a buss to Stora Strand works well, the last 9 km is a gravel road.
Nearest gas station and marker is Statoil in Tösse. If you arrive from the north, you will pass the gas station. If you arrive from the south, then you have gone too far if you pass the gas station.

Buss eller tåg? Skjuts från Åmål tågstation!
Om du kommer med kollektivtrafik vill bli upphämtad av någon är det Åmåls tågstation som gäller. Vi har viss möjlighet att hämta och lämna men för vår planerings skull behöver vi veta när du kommer / när du reser iväg.

Vägbeskrivning från Circle-K macken i Tösse till sajten Stora strand.
OBS följ inte GPS:en helt den sista biten (se bilder nedan). GPS:en kommer vilja skicka in er på privat väg där ni absolut INTE ska svänga in!
Det går att köra på flera vägar men dessa innebär längre sträcka på grusväg och rekommenderas ej på grund av väglaget! För bästa väg till Stora Strand, följ beskrivningen nedan
- Vid Circle-K macken i Tösse följ skyltar mot Dals Långed/Fengersfors/Baldersnäs (GPS stämmer!).
- Sväng vänster vid Sandbol (4 km) och kör igenom Sandbol (GPS stämmer!).
- Ignorera sedan den första svängen till höger där GPS:en vill skicka in er på privat väg (se bild på gult hus och skylt)!
- Fortsätt istället rakt fram och sväng till höger vid skylt Snäcke (gps stämmer igen!)
- Följ sedan skyltar mot Stora Strand, GPS eller SCA-skyltar!
Sista kilometrarna är vägen smal och svänger en hel del så kör försiktigt när ni svängt in på grusvägen.
